A single day on the 4 Rivers path in South Korea.
South Korea was disappearing in a orange-brown blur beside the bike path that took us all the way from where the ferry arrived in Busan to Seoul. We were going farther, riding later, seeing less towns, meeting less local people. It became apparent we’d pass the country by without experiencing much of it. We still didn’t but at least this one day we took plenty of video and it can serve as our South Korean capsule.
That morning we met Haniff, a prince from Malaysia. We thought we lost him but he crested a little hill in a pack of Koreans as we were eating dinner, that big royal smile shining at us among the other faces covered in masks and sunglasses.
The day was similar to the others we’ve had here, peaceful, fast, easy. If you ever want a relaxing place to do a bike tour this is it
